Humide currently delivers to addresses within Malaysia. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for delivery. Orders are usually processed during business days from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
  • You may receive order updates through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or courier tracking updates where available.
  • Please keep your order number for easier customer support reference.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details may be provided where available. Customers are encouraged to monitor the delivery status and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please check your parcel once it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, missing item, or incorrect product, contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the parcel and product condition.

  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours after receiving your parcel.
  • Keep the original packaging, courier label, and product condition for verification.
  • Humide will review the case and assist with the most suitable solution according to our policy.
